The Roving Reverend is a mobile wedding service. That means we come to you.
Our state-licensed minister officiates your wedding or vow renewal ceremony, while our professional photographer takes photos. We typically provide a short, simple civil ceremony. And you're welcome to make your ceremony truly meaningful by exchanging personal vows if you wish.
We can perform a ceremony on-location nearly anywhere in the Las Vegas area. But there are limitations.
Generally, resorts do not allow us to perform ceremonies on their property. Since most resorts on The Strip own everything all the way to the street, that means they own the sidewalks along Las Vegas Boulevard. Read more about that here. That's why we only offer ceremonies at the Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas sign. That's public property and available for our use. We can take photos at many locations along The Strip.
For something a bit more private, we're happy to perform a wedding or vow renewal ceremony in your hotel room, home or any public park, or at an establishment you've booked for your private use.
While 90% of our couples use one of our featured locations, this is not a comprehensive list. If you don't see what you want, just let us know. We'll work with you to find the perfect location for your wedding or vow renewal ceremony. You can choose 'other location' when booking your date and time. To avoid disappointment and ensure we can accommodate your request, please contact us prior to booking if you plan to choose something other than one of our locations.
We can not perform ceremonies in front of the Fountains of Bellagio. And to be clear, no other mobile services should be performing ceremonies there either. More about that here.
We take photographs during and after the ceremony. Post-ceremony photos include a variety of posed and candid shots, tailored to your tastes and interests. It's your day. Just let us know what you want. We're happy to take photos with your guests. And your guests are welcome to take photos and record video during your ceremony.
For a marriage, the State of Nevada requires one witness. If you don't have any guests, no problem. Our photographer is happy to act as your witness. You must obtain your marriage license before your ceremony. The cost is $77 and is NOT included in our pricing. To apply online in advance, visit MLIC.vegas.
Please browse our website. We believe you'll find the perfect setting for your big day. And don't hesitate to contact us should you have any questions about our services, policies or procedures.
